Ham Cake and High Low Skirts

Hey! Sorry it has been so darn long. I have been extremely buisy. I made some delicious incredible treats that I could not help but eat in one sitting. haha ;D The cake is ICE CREAM CAKE! And it only took like five minutes!!! Take Ice Cream sandwiches and stack them like Janga Blocks. Remember those? hehe. Then "ice" them with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup and chocolate shavings (or strawberry syrup and put strawberry slices in between the stacks of sandwiches.) VOILA!!! It was so good. but it did fall apart a bit :(

about the ham... I was getting some ham to smoke on the grill for dinner and I saw THAT. Talk about unapetizing! I wanna know what that person was thinking. haha
